As far as pricing goes, we try to be fair, not cheap! My experience is, that employees and subcontractors who can afford to live comfortably, are more inclined to give you a good job, and look out for the customer’s best interest.
We know that you want to start enjoying your new additon or kitchen as soon as possible. Every project has a timeline and a budget. We work continuously with you during the entire process. Because we listen to and communicate with you, we are able to stay on budget and complete projects on time.

And as always, references are available. In fact, in Sea Colony we have done more remodels and have more references than all of our competitors combined! Virtually all of our work is referral based.
